My vision for College Station ISD is rooted in excellence, collaboration, and dedication to success for all students. I want every student to have access to high-quality instruction and a supportive learning environment that nurtures their growth.

 

To achieve this, we must continue investing in our educators—ensuring they have the time, tools, and trust to do their best work. We must also strengthen partnerships with families and the broader community, recognizing that student success is a shared responsibility.

 

However, challenges exist. Teachers are feeling overburdened and undervalued, and too many parents feel disconnected from district decisions. These issues can be addressed through open dialogue, collaborative decision-making, and a rekindling of trust.

 

As a trustee, I will advocate for a culture that empowers educators, engages families, and puts students first. Together, we can continue to build a future where every child in CSISD has the opportunity to succeed.
